Hello and welcome to my webpage! Here you will find all the information you will need, whether you are just starting out or have been shopping for awhile. Consider this webpage as a "launching pad" to help you navigate through the internet world of mystery shopping.

- How and where you can become certified (not a requirement, but definitely recommended!) through either the MSPA or NCPMS, or both!
- Recommendations on some tools that are helpful. Normally I would tell you "Don't pay for anything to become a mystery shopper!", but there are a few exceptions, and I highly recommend these to the new shopper.
Mystery shopping should be considered "casual" or "part-time" work, although if you live in a highly shopped area you can certainly do it full time. Will you get rich mystery shopping? No, probably not. Can you make a great second income? Absolutely! It is fun, sometimes easy and sometimes not, and rewarding!
